1. Ownership and Copyright
1.1 All digital templates available for purchase on this platform are the sole intellectual property of Compliancery Ltd, a company incorporated in Mauritius under Business Registration Number C21177953 (hereafter referred to as “Compliancery”), and are protected by copyright laws.
1.2 A detailed description of each digital template, including its format (e.g., Excel, PDF, Word), is provided prior to purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they have the necessary software, tools, or platforms to access and use the purchased document. Compliancery Ltd is not responsible for any issues arising from the buyer’s inability to access or utilize the document due to technical limitations.
1.3 Purchasing a digital template does not transfer ownership of the copyright to the buyer. Compliancery retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights related to the templates.
2. Access

5.2 The templates will be delivered in digital format only, either via email or download link, following successful payment.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the templates, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided after the templates have been delivered.
