Ingrid Mudhoo is an accomplished Compliance Consultant with over 15 years of expertise in regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, corporate governance, and data protection. As Founder and Director of Compliancery Ltd, she delivers tailored solutions to regulated entities and corporates across diverse sectors.

Her career spans senior leadership roles in financial services, management companies, and consultancy, where she has earned a strong reputation for designing practical, risk-based frameworks that align with both local regulations and international best practices. She has also contributed to policy and industry development as a member of the Legal and Compliance Committee of Global Finance Mauritius, where she reviewed and proposed amendments to draft legislation.

Combining deep legal knowledge with a pragmatic approach to compliance management, Ingrid also serves as an independent director on the boards of FSC-regulated entities.
